2. What information we collect
When you submit a project brief through our contact form, we collect: your name, business name, email address, phone number, industry, the service you're interested in, your budget and timeline, and the message you send us.
We also collect anonymous usage data through standard web server logs (IP address, browser, pages visited) for the sole purpose of monitoring site health and security.
3. Why we collect it
We use the information you submit to respond to your enquiry, scope the work, and communicate with you about your project. We do not sell, rent, or share your personal information with third parties for marketing purposes.
4. How we store it
Your enquiry is sent to our internal mailbox over an encrypted connection (HTTPS). We retain enquiries for as long as we have an active relationship with you, plus seven years thereafter for tax and audit purposes, in line with the South African Revenue Service requirements.
5. Your rights under POPIA
You have the right to:
- Request access to the personal information we hold about you;
- Request correction or deletion of your personal information;
- Object to the processing of your personal information;
- Lodge a complaint with the Information Regulator of South Africa.

6. Cookies
This site uses only essential, first-party cookies required for the site to function correctly. We do not use third-party tracking, analytics, or advertising cookies. We use Cloudflare Web Analytics to count visits and page views. It sets no cookies and does not track or identify individual visitors; we see only aggregate statistics.

We follow industry best practices to protect your information: encrypted transport (HTTPS/TLS), security headers, input sanitisation on all forms, and strict access controls on our systems. No method of transmission over the internet is 100% secure, but we commit to using reasonable means to protect your information.
